- How to choose correctly the right agency?
- There are a large number of personnel agencies, and unfortunately the poor performance of some, reflects badly on the rest. Thus we suggest that you seek recommendations from friends, colleagues and acquaintances, about agencies they have had a positive experience with. A fair agency deals transparently and honestly, does not represent candidates without personal interviews or even without their awareness. We respect the confidence of candidates in our agency, thus we keep the ethical principles and work with sensitive personal and company data discretely. We offer quality to quantity; we present the companies only those candidates, who really meet their requirements.
- In which area do you differ from other agencies?
- We differ especially in our specialization in information technologies and in our approach towards work. We offer the services of our consultants with professional university education and with practice in the recruitment of IT specialists. Thanks to good knowledge of the work in IT, our consultants are able to lead a professional interview not only with HR specialists, but also with company IT managers and IT professionals using the field specific “language”. Moreover, we like the HR sphere, and thus we work enthusiastically as a team.
- Apart from mediating the right employees, do you offer something extra?
- Yes, our consultants are also able to give you a qualified advice when planning the recruitment process. We prepare different surveys concerning the job market situation for our customers, e.g. in the area of salaries, benefits, potential employees availability etc. In times of mass dismissal of employees, we offer a helpful hand by providing outplacement services. Thus, the company can keep its goodwill in the eyes of dismissed employees, when they are assisted by our agency with searching of new work and with advice to better their presentation in the job market.
- How long can we expect the recruitment process to last?
- Every position is specific by its requirements, offer, locality, salary, benefits – all this matters and has effect on the reaction of candidates. If the position is demanding on the reactions of candidates, its filling can last even months. On the other hand, there are cases, when we succeeded in filling the position within 2 weeks of the contract signature, the candidate started working in the third week. We also managed to fill a position in a record-breaking 2 days time. However, it is difficult to define the time of occupation in advance, other specific conditions matter, such as position profile, time possibilities of our customers to flexibly and quickly invite the candidates for an interview.
- Can you provide some references?
- With pleasure. You can find the appreciation from our customers at this website in the section of “references”. For further confirmation, you may ask about the quality of our services, directly from our candidates.
- How is it possible to initiate the cooperation?
- If you are interested in our services, please, send us at least some basic description of the position that you need to fill, and some requirements on candidates. Subsequently, we will get in touch with you and send you the cooperation contract proposal. After mutual agreement/signature, we can start searching for the right candidates. Your personnel consultant will go through the main specifics of the position with you, eventually helping you with the choice of recruitment criteria and introduce the main standards/procedures of our work.
- What are the guarantees of your work?
- We claim the compensation for finding your employee just after his/her real commencement to work. We provide a guarantee for such employee for the whole trial period. In case s/he proves to be unsuitable for the position during this period, we will find you a new (and hopefully more suitable) employee free of charge, or eventually, we will pay you back proportional part of our remuneration.
