The establishment of partnership

The cooperation between our agency PERSPEKTIVA^® CZ, s.r.o. and a customer (company) starts with signing a contract.

Specification of a position

At the initiation of cooperation, we welcome the possibility of a personal meeting. Such contact permits our consultant to get to know the atmosphere in which a new employee will be working and the company atmosphere. That way, our consultant more deeply assesses the client’s needs, which increases the efficiency of the search. From then on, the customer can specify a new position by phone or e-mail.

Methods of seeking and contacting candidates

In searching for and approaching suitable candidates, we employ a combination of various techniques.

Advertising on the agency web-site – www.ITjobs.cz

We operate our own web portal www.ITjobs.cz, where we publish up-to-date offers of available positions. Due to our interesting range of positions, our web pages have achieved a high hit rate, which is continually increasing.

Advertising on the Internet – "job servers"

In order to reach the most candidates who are looking for a new job via the Internet, we advertise through the most important servers designated for the presentation of available openings.

Advertising through the press and specialist media

In order to introduce current job offers to the general public we advertise in specialist periodicals and in daily newspapers.

Searching the agency database

Thanks to our established presence in the IT market we have at our disposal a large database of ICT experts who are interested in offers of employment. They range from fresh graduates to experienced professionals. We stay in permanent contact with them and inform them about current job offers.

Executive Search

We cooperate with numerous specialists in the ICT field. As a result, we can swiftly react to the demands of the labor market using a direct-search method.

Workshops

For several years, we have been in touch with potential applicants thanks to regular workshops which we organize at faculties of informatics. The future graduates are offered personnel counseling which helps them to be better prepared for the interviews in the companies.

Interview with candidates

On the basis of analyses of applicants´ CV´s and phone prescreening we invite selected candidates to the office of our agency PERSPEKTIVA^® CZ for an interview with one of our consultants. The consultant aims to determine the candidate’s skills and language abilities and examines his personal skills for a particular position. The interview always includes examination of language skills (especially the ability to speak English), and if the customer has some specific needs, we can help them with the testing of candidates´ knowledge (especially technical or proficiency skills depending on the type of position). Our consultants understand the ICT sphere, which we consider to be a necessary condition for discussing matters with candidates on a professional level.

Presentation of candidates´ career-lists

If a candidate meets the requirements for a certain position – regarding both professional experience and personal skills - we send our customer the candidate´s Curriculum Vitae. Together with the CV, our consultants send a covering letter which contains a character analysis of candidates and a detailed appraisal of their knowledge and experience. Based on this information, the client chooses applicants for a face-to-face meeting. If there is interest, we are happy to arrange a meeting with the candidate.

Guarantee

If the customer decides to terminate employment within 3 months from its beginning, we will select a new candidate free of charge.
