Pre-selection – 2nd phase –recruitment planning

  • informing other consultants about the specifics of the position / requirements of the customer
  • selection of suitable tools for addressing the candidates
  • creation of the job advertisement and publishing of the job offer in the media
  • searching for suitable candidates in our database

Recruitment – 1st phase – pre-selection

  • gathering documents and information from the applicants and registration into our database
  • screening of CV´s and determination of suitable candidates
  • phone screening of candidates – for clarifying information from the CV´s
  • selection of suitable candidates and inviting them for personal interview

Recruitment – 2nd phase - interview

  • conducting of personal interviews with candidates
  • selection of a shortlist of candidates according to job requirements
  • testing of candidates´ knowledge
  • presenting selected candidates and their documents (CV´s, tests, code samples) including their professional-personal characteristics to our customer

Recruitment – further activities

  • finding the feedback on candidates, eventually correction of the requirements / position
  • informing the candidates about further recruitment stages
  • organizing the interview at the customer
  • continuous communication with our client and candidate about the recruitment process
