- description of the vacancy and specification of the employer´s offer
Pre-selection – 2nd phase –recruitment planning
- informing other consultants about the specifics of the position / requirements of the customer
- selection of suitable tools for addressing the candidates
- creation of the job advertisement and publishing of the job offer in the media
- searching for suitable candidates in our database
Recruitment – 1st phase – pre-selection
- gathering documents and information from the applicants and registration into our database
- screening of CV´s and determination of suitable candidates
- phone screening of candidates – for clarifying information from the CV´s
- selection of suitable candidates and inviting them for personal interview
Recruitment – 2nd phase - interview
- conducting of personal interviews with candidates
- selection of a shortlist of candidates according to job requirements
- testing of candidates´ knowledge
- presenting selected candidates and their documents (CV´s, tests, code samples) including their professional-personal characteristics to our customer
Recruitment – further activities
- finding the feedback on candidates, eventually correction of the requirements / position
- informing the candidates about further recruitment stages
- organizing the interview at the customer
- continuous communication with our client and candidate about the recruitment process
- keeping the candidates informed about the result of the recruitment process
- mediating the job offer to the candidate
